Our website is hosted by a third party; Squarespace®, using analytics tools by setting cookies to collect user data for statistics. The editor, dimiPainter™/Henrik Dimitroff does NOT collect cookies or IP addresses. We have no access to any of your personal information through this website, unless when you contact us by sending a personal email.
In case, it turns out that someone has contacted us in your name, please let us know about the incident and inform the authorities at your location.
3. Legitimate interest:
We use your personal information for our legitimate interests as shown below. We have taken account of any privacy risks and ensured that your data protection rights are not affected.
We do NOT keep your personal data any longer than necessary in a chain of our contact by email, or by phone and we do NOT share this information with a third party. We do NOT collect personal information for email newsletters, advertising, or third-party commercial purposes.
Who do we share this information with? NO ONE EXCEPT, after you may have purchased, The Tax Office Data Processors: that act as service providers under contract with us and only process and store your personal information as instructed by us. Your personal information is transferred and held securely and is not used by other parties for any other reason.
After purchase, a copy of the receipt with any personal information written on it, is stored for five (5) years. This according to the law of bookkeeping and IRS by the Portuguese Tax Office, Finanças™.
Note: As purchases can NOT be made through this website, access to information on your credit card is never needed, or asked by us. We DON'T ask for information about your bank account. In case someone is asking for this kind of information in our name, please DO NOT reply and inform us immediately.
